A man who robbed a Broomfield bank was likely wearing a long, blonde wig, investigators said.
The robbery happened at about 1:15 p.m. Friday at US Bank, 1150 U.S. Highway 287, according to the FBI.
The robber handed a teller a note demanding money. He fled south on foot.
Investigators describe the robber as a young, white man, in his 20’s, about 6-feet tall and 170-pounds with a slender build. He was wearing a dark jacket with a hood pulled up, black sunglasses and “possibly” a long blond wig.
Anyone with information on the robbery or on a possible suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 720 913-STOP (7867).
