U.S. Marshals and Denver police arrested a 28-year-old man Friday who is wanted for suspicion of murder in Dallas, Texas.
Darrion Dallas, 28, was arrested at an apartment in the 900 block of South Quince Street after the Marshals’ Colorado Violent Offender Task Force received a tip from Marshals in Texas.
Dallas was booked into the Denver County Jail and faces extradition to Texas.
Dallas was wanted in the October shooting death of Dallas homeowner Andre Davis, according to the Dallas Morning News.
Davis, 24, was found dead Oct. 8 in front of his home.
Dallas police have arrested two other suspects in Texas, the newspaper said.
