The second week of Tom Fallis’ murder trial opened Monday with one of the prosecution’s key witnesses: a neighbor who testified that he heard Fallis confess to killing his wife.
On the stand, Nick Glover, who was 15 when his neighbor Ashley Fallis died, testified that he would take to his grave that he heard Tom Fallis say, “I shot my wife.”
He testified that he crouched below an open window, watched Tom Fallis and heard him say, “Oh my God, what have I done? Oh my God, what have I done?” and confess to shooting his wife.
Tom Fallis’ attorney questioned Glover for an hour. Glover didn’t cooperate much with the defense, mostly answering their questions by saying, “I do not recall.”
