Four of Denver restaurants have landed on Open Table’s list of 100 Hottest Restaurants in America for 2016.
The restaurants are and Ophelia’s Electric Soapbox from chef-owner Justin Cucci; Acorn, where , and , which is owned by brothers Toshi and Yasu Kazaki.
The awards are based on more than five million restaurant reviews by OpenTable diners at more than 20,000 restaurants in 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Redzikowski said he and business partner Bryan Dayton are happy to be on a national “hottest restaurants” list, and
“Open Table is the one we look at the most,” said Redzikowski. “The reviews from guests are not to scold you, but to give constructive criticism. That’s all we can really ask from diners.”
Both Acorn and Oak at Fourteen get many reservations from Open Table, with Acorn getting about 60 percent.
