A Boulder Valley School District employee was arrested Tuesday on two counts of unlawful distribution of marijuana or marijuana concentrate, according to the Louisville Police Department.
Brian DuFresne, 49, was arrested with the assistance from Longmont police at a residence in Longmont and later booked at Boulder County Jail, according to a Louisville police statement.
Police said DuFresne cooperated with officials and was arrested without incident.
According to the Boulder Valley School District , DuFresne is a teacher at Monarch High School in Louisville.
