Colorado Springs police have issued an arrest warrant for a man accused of driving a pickup truck into a house on Wednesday afternoon, seriously injuring a resident.

Tyler L. Blackard, 36, is suspected of a crash involving personal injury, a Class 4 felony, authorities announced Friday.

Police say Blackard drove into the home in the 600 block of South Hancock Avenue on Wednesday afternoon. He then allegedly ran from the scene on foot.

Blackard is described as just over 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds.
