Kalisto (c) vs. RybackWWE United States Championship
Who will win?
Joe: Kalisto. The diminutive luchador is incredibly exciting in the ring. Give him a storyline — any storyline — and it could be amazingly fun. Ryback had a run as the intercontinental champion last year and it was incredibly lackluster.
Hugh: Kalisto. The 29-year-old luchador is well on his way to becoming the company’s next Rey Mysterio. He’ll need to keep his momentum going to reach that level. Look for him to retain.
Who should win?
Joe: Kalisto. His David vs. Goliath run deserves to continue a bit longer. Kalisto has the physical talents to be something truly special in the WWE. It’ll be fun
Hugh: Kalisto. Though I don’t approve of having a member of an active tag team holding a singles championship, giving the belt to Ryback would suck all the momentum out of the United State titles. That would be a shame as John Cena and Kalisto have done wonders for the title since last year’s Mania.
Total Divas vs. B.A.D. & Blonde10-women tag-team match
Who will win?
Joe: Total Divas. Gotta push the show.
Hugh: Total Divas.
Who should win?
Joe: B.A.D. & Blonde. With Emma back on the main roster, I’d love to see her get the pinfall and get a push moving forward. Honestly though, I’m not too excited with this match. All I ask is: Please don’t push, Eva Marie. Please, WWE, I beg of you.
Hugh: B.A.D. & Blonde. I’m against any scenario in which Eva Marie is put over.
The Usos vs. The Dudley BoyzTag team match
Who will win?
Joe: The Usos. Hugh encapsulates my thoughts exactly below.
Hugh: Usos. Expect the Usos to get a signature, feel-good, face-over-heel, WrestleMania victory while putting one or both Dudleys through a table.
Who should win?
Joe: The Usos. I love the Dudleys, but at this point in their careers, they’re meant to help further younger talent. It’s been a little bit since Jimmy and Jey Uso have been significant in the tag-team division. This would be a great way to set them up post-WrestleMania.
Hugh: Toss up, coin flip, push. While the Usos are the younger talent, they’ve been to the mountaintop so many times as a tag team that a win or loss during the WrestleMania preshow doesn’t come off as terribly significant. I’m not sure how much longer the Dudely Boyz will be around so I’d love to see them have one last ‘Mania moment but that should involve a table, which they’ve sworn off so who knows.
