Wine festival
The Barrel into Spring Wine Tasting festival will be held in Grand Junction and Palisade April 23-24 and May 14-15. Visitors will enjoy gourmet meals, behind the scenes winery and vineyard tours, and barrel tasting. Tickets are $70 per person; prices increase two weeks prior to the event. Hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Sunday.
Jazz in Greeley
Internationally recognized artists, jazz lovers, award-winning clinicians and musicians of all ages will convene at the 46th annual UNC/Greeley Jazz Festival, April 21-23, for concerts, after-hours sessions and workshops. Spring Splash
Winter Park Resort will celebrate its closing weekend with Springtopia concerts and Spring Splash on April 23-24. Saturday will feature free live concerts with headliners American Authors, G Love & Special Sauce and Denver’s own The Rick Lewis Project. Fat Tire Festival.
The 21st annual Fruita Fat Tire Festival is April 28-May 1. In addition to riding, mountain bike enthusiasts can attend live music, a beer garden, bike demos, a cycling expo and guided rides. Festival passes start at $15, and weekend passes start at $85 until April 25.
