A motorcyclist died in a crash in west Denver on Thursday night, police said.
The collision, which also involved an automobile, happened at the intersection of West Alameda Avenue and South Raleigh Street, according to a 9:10 p.m. Denver Police Department Twitter post.
The motorcyclist was taken to a local hospital and was pronounced dead, police said in a 10:04 p.m. Twitter post.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
There were no other reports of injuries.
Police did not release the names of either driver.
