A store clerk was hospitalized Monday after an early morning robbery attempt.
Denver police responded to a report of possible shots fired at the convenience store at 10th Avenue and Broadway at 12:55 a.m, Denver police spokeswoman Raquel Lopez said.
The male suspect fled after the robbery attempt, Lopez said.
Few details were available at 7:30 a.m.
Lopez said the clerk had non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspect wore dark clothes, she said.
