Fat Jack’s Subs has been tapped to open a restaurant on the Auraria Campus in downtown Denver.
This will be the locally-owned chain’s seventh outlet, but with a twist.
Along with the signature store, there will be breakfast offerings from , plus , Cinnaholic Gourmet Cinnamon Rolls, plus a yet-to-be-named coffee purveyor.
It will offer bicycle delivery on campus, plus live music on some days.
The shop is slated to open in August, according to owners Kyle and Brooke Fabra.
Fat Jack’s also has shops in Capitol Hill, Lohi, Five Points, Lowry, Stapleton and on Broadway.
