• Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC, has sold a 15-unit property at 1432 Pennsylvania Ave. in Denver. The property sold for $2.03 million.

•Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Maplewood Apartments, a 48-unit apartment complex at 8101 W. Ninth Ave. in Lakewood. The property sold for $5.6 million.
