Interview with Tina Dang, owner
Q: How did you get involved in this business?
A: I have owned many nail salons since 1992, but my dream is to be a skin-care specialist so I sold my nail salon six years ago to go back to school for skin care. Now I own a day spa in Castle Pines, which I love. Hard work did pay off.
Q: What distinguishes you from other businesses in your category?
A: I take pride in my work. I care for my clients with great customer service and cleanliness.
Q: What do you like best about your line of work?
A: That I can do many different services — not just one thing.
Q: What is your business’ biggest challenge?
A: Finding dependable workers.
Q: Something people might be surprised to learn about you or your business:
A: That we are here in Castle Pines and that our prices are affordable. People may think that because we’re a day spa, our services are expensive. But we are very competitive to other salons that offer services such as nails, waxing, eyelash extensions, facials, massages and so on.
