Down on the farm it was said a stubborn mule had to be hit on the side with a two-by-four to get his attention. Well, the Republican establishment has been hit, but the party, including those who say they will not vote for Donald Trump, evidently did not get the message.

The people have spoken. I hope Mitt Romney, or anyone else, will not try a third-party run. If they do, that will be the death of the Republican Party.
