Safeguarding the public interest is a government priority. Having the government oversee surgery techs in Colorado to ensure their bodies and minds are prepared for safe operations is a good idea. Perhaps our next legislature can expand this safeguard to all safety professionals — judges, police officers, educators and any other public servants. What is more important than the safety of all people of all ages? Especially those receiving help from trained and reliable professionals.
