
In its move to prioritize how it treats customers, Comcast shared more details Thursday on its newly announced customer support center in Fort Collins. It plans to hire 600 employees to help residential customers with technical products and services.
The 80,000-square-foot facility at 3420 E. Harmony Road will open next year. But it still needs upgrades.
The site formerly housed Hewlett-Packard. Philadelphia-based Comcast said the support center won’t open until a year after upgrades are made. Leslie Oliver, a Comcast spokesperson, said the plan is to open it in 2017.
