Denver police are investigating after two 7-Eleven stores were held up within a half-hour Wednesday.
Nobody was injured in the robberies, committed by two men.
The first robbery was at 3:53 a.m. at 1580 Colorado Blvd., said Raquel Lopez, police spokeswoman.
“They did get away with some cash, and shots were fired in that robbery,” Lopez said. “There were no injuries.”
At 4:25 a.m., two armed men entered the 7-Eleven at 1103 Yosemite St. No shots were fired in that robbery, but the suspects did get away with cash.
