Nimaitachidō tōsei gusoku (armor)
Provided by the Denver Art Museum, Samurai exhibitThrough Sunday. The Denver Art Museum’s “Samurai” exhibit closes this weekend, so if you’re into finely made implements of death and destruction dressed up as fine art, you’d better get there fast. That’s a tough view of the artifacts on display at DAM, all culled from the collection of Ann and Gabriel Barbier-Mueller. The suits of armor, spears, arrows and quivers really are precious objects, and their craftsmanship is undeniable. DAM, 13th Avenue between Broadway and Bannock streets. $20. 720-865-5000 or .
