Colorado Avalanche 2016 preseason schedule released

Three games scheduled for the Pepsi Center in Denver

The Avalanche announced its six-game preseason schedule Monday.

The Avs will play three games at home, two on the road and one at the newly opened T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Colorado takes on the Dallas Stars, Los Angeles Kings and Minnesota Wild twice each.

The games will take place from Sept. 27 to Oct. 8.
