There are plenty of art fairs across the Front Range at this time of year, but the annual Summer Art Market in central Denver remains in the top tier. The event has a history — 24 years — and some serious cred in that it’s sponsored by the Art Students League of Denver, so the quality is always high. There will be 200-plus artists showing jewelry, ceramics, painting, photography and more this weekend, plus music, food and family activities.
The fair runs 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday. It sprawls from the corner of Second Avenue and Grant Street, and it’s free. Find info, including suggestions on parking, at asld.org.
