Early arrivals for the annual opening of the Red Rocks music festival of the Denver Symphony orchestra brought picnic lunches, July 13, 1955. The concert hardly had started when the park was swept by a rainstorm. The rain lasted about a half hour and thinned the crowd considerably.

Four pages about Red Rocks and its history and not a mention of the Denver Symphony, which started its concert season there in the 1950s. You owe them an apology.
