A new going up in Centennial will house about 1,000 Comcast Corp. employees as part of an effort by the cable TV provider to consolidate several office leases.

“The majority of the employees will support our Comcast Business services operations and care support,” she said.

The new 212,000-square-foot facility, is located at 7250 S. Havana St. Inova developers built it on speculation without having a confirmed tenant. They expect to complete construction by November. Comcast is expected to move in during the first quarter of 2017.
The will be dominated by national Comcast Business operations, not Comcast’s regional business employees, Oliver clarified.
However, she added, “they all work together to ensure delivery of Comcast Business services across the state, region and West Division.”
She did not have details on which office building the workers will vacate for the move.
Last year, Comcast at the Panorama Corporate Center, also in Centennial. The Panorama campus will ultimately house the bulk of Comcast’s West Division headquarters team.
Separately, Comcast to open a customer-service center in Fort Collins and hire 600 employees. And last year, it Denver, picking up a 22,000-square-foot office in the Ballpark neighborhood to be the new home of Comcast Wholesale operations.
