All lanes at westbound Interstate 70 were closed after a semi-tractor trailer caught on fire Monday afternoon, officials say.

There were no reports of injuries.

The trailer caught on fire at about 2:10 p.m. about 10 miles near Walcott, according to Tracy Truelove, spokeswoman for the Colorado Department of Transportation.

Traffic was being diverted at exit 157 onto U.S. 6, authorities say.

The trailer is on the shoulder of the highway, said Nate Reid, spokesman for the Colorado State Patrol.

He said the lane will be reopened in about an hour.
