
State Rep. Clarice Navarro is no stranger to Colorado political stage, but she’ll share a bright limelight Friday morning when she introduces Sarah Palin at the Western Conservative Summit in Denver.
Palin’s speech is , the presumptive Republican presidential nominee.
“It’s an honor to work for the Western Conservative Summit. It’s not everyday a little girl from Las Animas, Colo., from very humble beginnings gets to play a part in Making America Great Again!” Navarro said Thursday night. “I’m ready for the political fight of a lifetime, and this moment is one I’ll cherish for a lifetime. They’ve looked at my record of accomplishment for conservatives across this great state, and they see I can add value.”
The state representative from Pueblo is far from a little girl in Colorado politics.
Navarro serves on the House Local Government Committee and Business Affairs and Labor Committee.
She has from the Colorado Civil Justice League and was chosen legislator of the year by Mental Health Colorado, Principles of Liberty and the American Conservative Union.
Last year, the Republican National Committee featured Navarro during Hispanic Heritage Month.
