Re: “,” July 2 news story.

Good for students from Colorado Christian University protesting against Donald Trump last Friday. Trump has said many things to many folks, statements which diametrically contradict each other. These are lies and any Christian who upholds the Ten Commandments prohibition against lying must take note of this mockery. Even better, those students were opposing a lying candidate who leaders from their school are promoting. Those students are standing for values that the school leaders are ignoring.

Imagine a press conference with Gary Kubiak after he was announced as the new coach of the Broncos. A reporter asks, “Coach Kubiak, what will it take to make the Broncos great again?” Kubiak replies, “I will make so many deals with players and we will make great plays. Denver is going to be so sick of winning!”

It sounds ridiculous, doesn’t it? If a football coach can’t get away with such nonsense, how can a candidate for president of the United States?
