in the latest teaser trailer to Netflix’s “Marvel’s Luke Cage,” the titular character takes out criminals with a car door over Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s “Shimmy Shimmy Ya.” The teaser was unveiled at the San Diego Comic Con on Thursday.
The show, starring Mike Colter in the titular role, is the latest series in Netflix and Marvel’s partnership, showcasing a grittier part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It is the third series the companies have teamed up for, following “Daredevil” and “Jessica Jones.”
All episodes of season one of “Luke Cage” is slated to be released on Netflix on Sept. 30.
