A screengrab from Denver Police Department body camera footage of Rep. Dan Pabon's March 17 traffic stop and arrest for DUI.State Rep. Dan Pabon, D-Denver, on Tuesday pleaded guilty to driving under the influence on St. Patrick’s Day earlier this year. His blood-alcohol content was 0.14.
This week, Denver police released body-cam footage that showed Pabon asking the officer who pulled him over to call a supervisor or the “city attorney.” The officer refused and later placed him under arrest.
There have been a number of calls for Pabon to resign, including an in The Denver Post.
