
For the second time in a week, a beer truck crash has closed a major highway.
On Saturday the southbound lanes of Interstate 25 were closed for several hours at Colorado 66 when a beer truck overturned south of Mead. The highway reopened a little before 7 p.m., the Colorado Department of Transportation said. The accident happened just after noon.

Denver7 reported that AirTracker7 flew over the scene as crews were working to free the driver, whose condition is unknown at this time. A Colorado State Patrol spokesman said she had little information about the crash or injuries, but said people had been transported to the hospital.
On Wednesday, crashed on the ramp from eastbound Interstate 70 to northbound Interstate 25, causing delays.
Denver police said there were no injuries in that crash.
