Denver police are investigating a fatal single-vehicle rollover crash at East 28th Avenue and Ironton Street, according to the Denver Police Department.
Police first received a call of a rollover crash around 6:32 p.m. Sunday. The male driver was ejected from the vehicle and was in critical condition when he was taken to an area hospital, according to police. Police confirmed the driver later died.
The crash will now be investigated as a fatal crash, police said.
According to police, 28th Avenue wasclosed from Ironton Street to Kingston Street while crews are on scene investigating.
Drivers in the area should expect delays.
