At the rally introducing Tim Kaine as Hillary Clinton’s choice for VP, Kaine gave a gracious, rousing and very natural-feeling speech. He is not boring, as the headline on Jonathan Bernstein’s column said. When did it become boring to not insult people or lie? He is competent, humble and inspiring.
