A 21-year-old Greeley woman is dead after a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 25 in northern Colorado early Wednesday.

Trooper Nate Reid, spokesman for the Colorado State Patrol, said the wreck happened in the northbound lanes just before 7 a.m., near the interstate’s Harmony Road exit southeast of Fort Collins.

Reid said the crash involved a sports utility vehicle and semi-trailer. Delays were reported in the area as authorities investigated.

The Larimer County Coroner’s Office identified the woman killed as Andrea Garcia De La Cruz. Her death from multiple blunt-force injuries to her torso has been ruled an accident.

“It’s still being investigated,” Reid said.
