Police in Parker arrested a man who they say pointed a gun at people just before noon.
Josh Hans, a spokesman for the Parker Police Department, said the man went “back inside his apartment,” and has “since locked himself inside” after pointing the gun.
Police posted a map on Twitter of the area where they asked residents to stay indoors and away from windows and doors while they negotiate with the man.

Hans said police have identified the man, but are not releasing his name.
