Chef Jeff Osaka will close his second outpost of Osaka Ramen in Cherry Creek on Aug. 20, but the original location of .

“We had really great customers,” said Osaka of the Cherry Creek location, who opened both Japanese noodle shops in early 2015 with a focus on ramen bowls and seasonal ramen plates.

But he wants to focus more closely now on his projects at , a food hall that will be opening on 2669 Larimer St. in RiNo this September.

He’s a partner with Jesus Silva in Silva’s Fish Market, and “I have 10 other vendors I’ve curated and I want to make sure they’re successful,” Osaka said.

The artisan food vendors in the new 12,000 square-foot space will include a butcher shop, a bakery and produce shop.

Fans of Osaka Ramen in Cherry Creek can enjoy their favorite dishes until the place closes on Saturday at 10 p.m.
