Colorado voters will not make any fracking decisions after two proposed failed to get enough signatures to make the ballot. , though one of the anti-fracking organizations challenges that assertion and may also file a legal challenge over the ballot denial, which means there’s a chance that this story is not over. .
Denver voters won’t vote on private marijuana clubs. More than 7,500 signatures were turned in supporting this measure (for Denver ballot measures, 4,726 valid signatures are required) but only 2,987 signatures were deemed valid. .
