A moving van malfunctioned Sunday afternoon and burst into flames along Interstate 70 east of Silverthorne, forcing the closure of westbound lanes.
Lake Dillon firefighters rushed to the scene and snuffed the flames.
No injuries were reported. A mechanical malfunction caused the fire, Lake Dillon Fire-Rescue spokesman Steve Lipsher said.
