A pedestrian was seriously injured Sunday morning while crossing a Denver street.
The injuries are not life-threatening, said Tyrone Campbell, a Denver Police Department spokesman.
The pedestrian was crossing at South Logan Street and East Evans Avenue around 7:16 a.m. when struck by a car, Campbell said.
The driver stayed at the scene, and there are no suspicious circumstances, Campbell said.
The accident remains under investigation.
