
Department of Justice officials will hold two meetings to hear from the community about their concerns and suggestions for the Commerce City Police Department.

To start identifying problems and the community’s perception of the police force, officials will hold two meetings — one more than previously announced — to hear from residents and other community members.
The first will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Stuart Middle School, 15955 E. 101st Way. The second meeting — the one announced earlier — will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Adams City High School, 7200 Quebec Parkway.
Officials also will answer questions about the process for reviewing the police department.
