A 21-year-old woman died Thursday night in a Mesa County dune buggy crash.

The county coroner’s office says Tiana Williams was killed in the wreck off 27¼ Road in Grand Junction.

Authorities say her cause of death is blunt force head injuries and the manner has been ruled an accident.

She was not wearing a helmet, officials said on Friday, but had secured herself with a lap belt.
