A woman robbed a bank in Wheat Ridge on Monday, according to police.
The robbery happened at about 11:35 a.m. at a Wells Fargo branch, 3900 Wadsworth Blvd., according to a Wheat Ridge Police Department media release.
The robber, a woman, demanding money said she was armed and simulated a weapon, police said.
She fled the bank and remains at large.
The Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force and FBI are investigating the robbery. The release did not include a photo of the robber.
