Good morning, folks, and happy Wednesday. We’re in that wonderful time of year in Colorado where it can be 82 degrees in the middle of the day, but hit the 40s at night. For someone living in a very old apartment building with inconsistent heat, it’s also known as “Heat Management Season” aka a good excuse to bake something at night to get a little more ambient heat into the place.
