Timothy PlybonA former Denver firefighter has pleaded guilty to indecent exposure after an incident in a store at the Aurora Town Center.
Timothy Plybon, 35, of Aurora, pleaded guilty this week to one count of indecent exposure, a misdemeanor, according to the Arapahoe County District Attorney’s Office. As part of a plea agreement, Plybon will register as a sex offender.
He was sentenced to a 24-month supervised deferred judgment, to include an offense-specific evaluation and treatment, prosecutors said.
after witnesses told police they saw him masturbating in a store at the mall. A firefighter at the time, Plybon was placed on administrative leave the next day. He later resigned from the department.
