Donald Trump’s advisers are telling him to not dominate the conversation during debates and to not take offense at everything Hillary Clinton says. I guess Sen. Tim Kaine missed the memo because he acted like Trump all night long in Tuesday’s vice-presidential debate.If the same measure is applied to decide that Trump lost the first debate, which I believe he did, then it is clear that Kaine lost the second debate.

One problem with the debates, both for president and vice president, is the candidates talking through their allotted time. They, notthe moderator, are controllingtheir time. The simple solutionis topull theplug on the mikes, which would allow for the next question.
