Ralston Valley defeats Castle View in Mount Wilson Conference opener

Ralston Valley senior Tyler Shannon made a spectacular leaping one-handed catch on a pass from Salvetti D’Ascoli for a 46-yard touchdown in the Mustangs’ 24-14 win over Castle View Thursday night at Douglas County Stadium.
The Mustangs improve to 3-3 with the victory and take on city rival Arvada West next Friday at the North Area Athletic Complex.
