The two suspects accused of starting the this summer pleaded guilty to arson Friday and face prison when they are expected to be sentenced later this month.

Jimmy Andrew Suggs, 28, and Zackary Ryan Kuykendall, 26, both of Vinemont, Ala., pleaded guilty to fourth-degree arson/endangering people — a Class 4 felony — in Boulder District Court.

Prosecutors agreed to drop trespassing and misdemeanor arson charges against both men as well as a weapons charge against Suggs, but sentencing will be left open for a judge.

Suggs could be sentenced to two to six years in prison, while Kuykendall faces four to 12 years because he is on probation for an unrelated case out of Alabama.
