Q: How did you get involved in this business?
:Inspired to move away from corporate work, I decided to be a part of a business that would allow me to interact and work with people more, and bring joy to others through healthy, fun and fresh foods that can inspire goals of a healthier way of life.
Q: What distinguishes you from other businesses in your category?
A: Vietnamese food made to order in front of customers is a concept that hasn’t been seen in Aurora. We wanted to fulfill a need in the area and do it well.
Q: What do you like best about your line of work?
:The joy we are able to see in our customers and employees as they enjoy our food, broaden their taste buds and get to know a little bit about the Vietnamese culture.
Q: What is your business’ biggest challenge?
:Space is our biggest challenge. We would love to be able to expand into other and larger locations in the future.

:My partners and I come from all different professions and each left our line of work to do this together as a family business.
