Big-ticket bike burglary. A man living in the 5300 block of Preserve Drive, Greenwood Village, reported that three carbon fiber bicycles, valued at a combined $10,500, vanished from his garage overnight Oct. 18 into 19. He said his home is being remodeled. His contractor was working to track down information for all workers on the property Oct. 18.

Shirt for a shirt. A man was arrested for domestic criminal mischief after he tore his girlfriend’s shirt following an Oct. 18 argument. The couple were driving on South Prince Street near West Crestline Avenue in Littleton, when the woman tried to show her boyfriend a photo on her phone. When he couldn’t see it, she became upset. They pulled over and she threw her phone. When he went to retrieve it, she pulled on his shirt, ripping it accidentally. He ripped hers in retaliation.

Run the jewels. A resident of assisted living center in the 5800 block of South Curtice Street, Littleton, reported her jewelry box went missing sometime after she left it out in her room while she went to dinner Oct. 19. The box contained six pearl necklaces, a silver perfume flask and other valuables.

A fine good morning. A man parked his car just north of his apartment building in the 800 block of West Prentice Avenue, Littleton, on the evening of Oct. 23. When he woke up at 8 a.m. Oct. 24, he looked out his widow and the car was gone.

Subaru sacked from garage. A man living in the DTC Viridian: Greenwood Village Apartments, 5335 S. Valentia Way, Greenwood Village, reported Oct. 20 that someone stole his Subaru station wagon from the complex’s parking garage overnight.
