Two men accused of selling counterfeit Denver Broncos merchandise at the Mile High Flea Market in Adams County were sentenced Tuesday to three years of probation.
Marc Misko, 62, and Mitchell Misko, 62, who are brothers, each pleaded guilty in the case to conspiracy to commit theft, a Class 4 felony. They both were also fined thousands of dollars in the case.
The Misk brothers were charged in August along with two other men — 64-year-old Glenn Ford and 51-year-old David Brian Henrichsen — on accusations they operated a business selling counterfeit sports merchandise at the flea market for more than eight years.
Ford has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit theft — a Class 5 felony — and is scheduled to be sentenced on Dec. 13. Henrichsen’s next court slated for Dec. 15.
The case was jointly investigated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcementap Homeland Security Investigations and the Economic Crime Unit of the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office.
