A pedestrian in Denver suffered serious injuries Thursday night in a hit-and-run traffic incident.
The person was hit about 6:30 p.m. near the intersection of 12th Avenue and Broadway, according to the Denver Police Department.
The victim was taken to a hospital.
Denver police tweeted about 10:15 p.m. that officers are looking for a white van that may have a ladder attached to the roof and one top headlight out.
Authorities are asking anyone with information to call police.
