Richard Hee NamAn Aurora man was arrested over the weekend after police say he pointed a loaded revolver at kids who threw snowballs at his van in Boulder while he was napping.
Richard Nam, 55, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of felony menacing, reckless endangerment and child abuse, and remains in custody at the Boulder County Jail pending a bond hearing today.
According to a report, police were called at 3:20 p.m. Saturday to the 1100 block of 35th Street. Three boys — all under the age of 13 — said a man had pointed a gun at them after they hit his van with snowballs while playing a game to see who could throw a snowball the farthest.
