Q: How did you get involved in this business?
A: We have owned several liquor stores in the past and understand how to show true value to our customers. We pride ourselves on great prices, great service and a vast selection of products to choose from.
Q: What distinguishes you from other businesses in your category?
A: We pride ourselves on having everyday great prices which means there are no gimmicks like one or two days sales on products. We want our customers to see exceptional value every time, all the time. We also have certified beer experts (cisserone) and wine experts (sommoliers) on staff every day to help you not only understand our products, but to help you pick out the perfect bottle for your occasion. In addition to a knowledgeable staff, we have the friendliest staff around (we may be a bit biased).
Q: What do you like best about your line of work?
A: We love our customers. It is our pleasure to help them find the perfect bottle(s) to celebrate any occasion. For us, liquor is personal and we love being able to help our customers in any way possible.
Q: What is your business’ biggest challenge?
A: We have completely remodeled the store. We have tried to keep the essence of Heritage Wine and Liquor dating back to 1974, while cleaning the store up and making it a fun place to shop again. Come see our changes. We know you will be impressed.
Q: Something people might be surprised to learn about you or your business:
A: We have several employees who have been here fore more than 20 years. They continue serve our customers day after day in the same dedicated way.
